| On April 29th the first Anatolia tree planting took place. The weather was perfect for the event. The trees and planting supplies were provided by SMUD. Prior to planting day a horticulturist from SMUD came around to each home owner and provided helpful instructions as to how and where the trees were to be planted for maximum shade and a proper environment to maximize tree growth. On the day of the event LoanForte personal were on hand helping residents. As the event coordinator LoanForte informed Anatolia home owners about the excellent opportunity provided by SMUD. The purpose of the tree plantings is to both beatify our community and provide much needed shade here in the Sacramento Valley. |
